1. About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EvoChain website at evochain.pro and the EvoChain application at app.evochain.pro (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. A free, non-commercial service
EvoChain is non-commercial software, provided free of charge to eligible businesses. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or upgrade tiers. Because the Service is free, EvoChain may add, change or remove features at any time, and cannot guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
3. Who can use EvoChain
To use the Service, you must:
- represent a business that operates a physical supply chain (for example, a manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler or retailer);
- register with a business email address belonging to that business; and
- have the authority to accept these Terms on the business's behalf.
Consulting and advisory firms, and anyone using the Service to provide services to other businesses, are not eligible. EvoChain may decline, suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when you register and let us know promptly at contact@evochain.pro if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Your data
- You own your data. Everything your business uploads to EvoChain remains your business's property. Using the Service does not transfer any ownership of your data to EvoChain.
- Where it is stored. Your data is stored in the cloud, on a secure, segregated layer that keeps each business's data separate.
- How it is used. You allow EvoChain to store and process your data only as needed to provide the Service to your business.
- Never sold. EvoChain does not sell your data.
- Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to upload the data you provide and that doing so does not break any law or agreement.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- try to access another business's data or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use;
- copy, resell or provide the Service to third parties, or use it to deliver consulting services;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the Service's source code; or
- interfere with the security or performance of the Service, including by uploading malicious code.
7. Intellectual property
The EvoChain software, website, design and content belong to EvoChain and are protected by intellectual property laws. Forecasts, plans and reports the Service generates from your data are yours to use within your business.
8. Planning results and decisions
EvoChain provides forecasts, recommendations and plans to support your decisions. They are based on the data you provide and on statistical models, and may not always be accurate. You remain responsible for the business decisions you make, including purchasing, production and inventory decisions.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
EvoChain does not guarantee that using the Service will produce any particular business results, such as cost savings, inventory reductions, higher forecast accuracy or improved service levels. Any figures shown on this website describe past results or potential outcomes, not a promise of what your business will achieve.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoChain is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, inventory, data or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and closing your account
You may stop using the Service and ask for your account to be closed at any time. EvoChain may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or no longer meets the eligibility requirements.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
