What is EvoChain? expand_more
EvoChain is non-commercial supply chain planning software for small and medium-sized businesses. It brings together demand forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, capacity planning, network design and analytics in one platform, giving smaller companies access to the kind of technology that is usually only affordable for large enterprises.
Is EvoChain really free? expand_more
Yes. EvoChain is completely free for every eligible business. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or upgrade tiers. EvoChain exists to democratize supply chain technology for businesses that cannot afford it, such as SMBs working with low budgets and small margins.
Who can use EvoChain? expand_more
Any business that runs a physical supply chain, such as a manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler or retailer, can use EvoChain for free.
Consulting and advisory firms are not eligible. EvoChain is built for the businesses that operate supply chains, not for firms that provide services to them.
How do I create an account? expand_more
Click Sign Up for Free / Log In at the top of any page and register with your business email address (for example, name@yourcompany.com). Accounts must be created with a business email address.
Where is my data stored, and who owns it? expand_more
Everything you upload to EvoChain is stored in the cloud, on a secure, segregated layer that keeps each business's data separate.
Your data remains your own property. Storing it in EvoChain does not give EvoChain any ownership of it.
Will my data be shared or sold? expand_more
No. EvoChain never sells your data. Your data is used only to provide the EvoChain service to your business. See our Terms of Use for details.
What data do I need to get started? expand_more
You can start with the data you already have, such as sales history, inventory levels and product information, whether it comes from spreadsheets or from one or more ERP systems. EvoChain uses AI to recognize and map your data sets, regardless of language and format.
Do I have to use every module? expand_more
No. EvoChain's modules are fully integrated, but each one can be used on its own. You can start with a single area, such as demand forecasting or inventory management, and add others whenever you're ready. See Core Capabilities for an overview.
Does EvoChain replace my ERP? expand_more
No. EvoChain works with the data from your existing systems and adds the planning layer on top of them. It is especially useful for businesses whose data is spread across spreadsheets and several ERPs.
What technology is EvoChain built on? expand_more
EvoChain is built in Python, using established, widely used machine learning and statistical forecasting libraries. It runs in the cloud and uses AI to recognize and map your data, regardless of language and format.
